Created by Exzap (and aided by Peter Gov), it is the second Wii U emulator to be available to the public but the first to emulate commercial games. It can decrypt Wii U images that use the Wud format but also the RPS or RPL files. Internal resolution can be up to 1920 x 1080 depending on the game (and beyond with graphic packs). Currently, the DRC (GamePad), the Pro controller and the conventional controller are emulated. Wiimotes are also emulated (including native support). Keyboard inputs and USB controllers as input devices are also supported. The GamePad tactile input can be controlled with a left mouse click. The Gyro functionality is emulated with limitations and can be controlled via the right mouse button. This version is only compatible for Windows x64 (from Windows 7) with an OpenGL 4.1 (or higher) or Vulkan graphics card and it will be necessary to have 4 to 8 GB of RAM to make it work.
Created by Ector and Fures, this is the latest version of Dolphin, a GameCube/Wii emulator and also Tri-Force in development (arcade system developed by Nintendo-Sega-Namco whose hardware is based on that of the GameCube).
Cemu v1.26.2 is released. Cemu is a Nintendo Wii U emulator that runs commercial games. Highly experimental software to emulate Wii U applications on PC.
