If you play a lot of games I would get the best graphic card that your money can buy. But GeForce 5900 should be enough.... that is what I have on my second computer and SA runs well on it.... But on my main gaming box I have GeForce 6800 GT Overclocked and it can play quake 4 well but only at 800x600 resolution with high video option on.... lolz... I dunno why because Doom 3 ran really well at 1240 x 1024.... and F.E.A.R. runs well at that resolution as well....

lol but I think I will add another 1 GB memory stick to speed things up.... lolz.. that would be 3 GB .... YaY!!!

DX9 shader performance on any FX cards was terrible. Games like FarCry in particular are unplayable due to low framerates even at standard resolutions. It's also why FX cards do terrible in 3DMark05 (sub 1600 for even FX 5950)
