Zelda: MM - From night to day problem

As night turns to day in this game, I experience some graphical errors.
When the bell rings and the picture gets smaller I suddenly getting two video feeds.
I'll present you a picture off game that gives you more information than I can tell.


I'm using Project 64 1.6 with default setting (all over).
My system rig is:
- Windows 7 x32
- ATi Mobility Radeon Xpress 200

The game itself runs smooth and everything else seems right according to the in-game graphics (compared to what I remember from the real Nintendo 64).

I've also played the same game on a other computer with a newer video-card and can't remember this happening.

Yep, this is a problem with Jabo's D3D8 1.6, where junk appears in the border during the day transition. Most plugins can't render the transition correctly or at all. The latest Glide64 and Glitch64 wrapper should get this effect correct as well as every other effect in this game, hopefully won't cause a slowdown on your system when the effect is active. Worth a try.
