  • Most issues reported these days stem from users not enabling their emulators to use the required amount of RAM.
    We also tend not to use the search feature but post our issues within the texture pack release page.
    Failure to load a texture pack should not be posted in the release thread unless you have already patched the emulator.

    If you don't have the resources to use Large/HD texture packs please do not attempt to do so.
    Users should have a minimum amount of System RAM not less then 4GB's.
    If you have less then 4GB's of RAM do not post about how your emulator crashes,
    RAM is dirt cheap so invest some money into your PC.

I have a website and I offer makers of texture packs to have their pack on my website. The texture pack must be finished (or almost finished), and I offcourse must like it :p.

Thanks, Added Paper Mario (Mix of Mollymutt's old and new project and DDRIP's Starrod). It is amost complete, but there are still some textures missing from Mario and Goombario's sister.

I know that I haven't answered your PM, but it's not cool for you to just combine two packs together. I'm not saying anything about the quality of DDRPIP's work, just that he is working on his own pack. His stuff should be uploaded on it's own.

My goal is to provid a Paper Mario Pack that is complete as possible. I only used 1 of DDRIP's textures, because I think his starrod is far better then yours. All the other textures are from you, Mddy and Klasa.

Isn't that practically stealing? And who's to say who's better? If the original owners don't like you to use both, don't they get to decide?

I am not amused. :| You cannot justify your actions by stating that you won't go to jail for it. ROMs are illegal, and do you see people goin' to jail? No. Is it stealing? Yes.

Some people suggest that texture packs be merged. The authors, however, understandably want to keep their packages separated and leave it to the user to choose. I agree, but until now this has been difficult.

Texture Picker won't work with these packs. I just help people that don't know how to mix a pack well. It's not that I want/take credit for it. I mention clearly who made it.

Anyways,,,, may I ask whats the point of your site? Why are you making a site that needs textures from here. Anyones welcome here, so why do we need another site which wont even come close to this.

I DID ask Mollymut. And the purpose of my site is to make a medium for texture packs where you don´t have to seek for them

But if the author doesn't want you to mix it, then don't. Your opinion on "better" is not the opinion of the authors nor that of the people. From what I've read, MollyMutt doesn't want you to use his DDRPIP's textures.

I think you misunderstood. "DDRIP's textures" are not made by Mollymutt,

I know, it too isn't difficult for me, but if someone sees a thread called " FINAL Cell Zelda MOD Update!!!!!!" most think they have the total pack as seen in the comments in the thread. I combined Djipi's pack and HIS update.

But thanks for leaving it as it is.

No, I think you misunderstood me. Mollymutt stated that he does not like the idea of having his textures mixed with DDRPIP's. You, on the other hand, did it anyway. If that's not disrespecting the original authors' voice, I don't know what is. Also, I'm not even sure if you got permission from DDRPIP for his star rod texture.

seriously i agree with mollymutt, cause he's alot further than I and he has been working longer and harder on his pack, you shouldn't just combine ours, because people will get the empression that we worked together... but if you as permission maybe...
you could put seperate pack folders with screenshots..
like under Paper Mario there's Mollymutt and I, then you can see seperate screenshots from our packs to justify which pack you want to download...ya know?

I'm gone for a week and someone uses my early textures, don't use my textures please because I'm sure Mollymutt and I agree that we want our packs seperate, if I want my textures on your site I'll discuss it with YOU and then you can take it into consideration...
