Wifi on Desume and Pokemon Heart Gold / Soul Silver

Hey there, im new to this forum because... you already noticed it... i got a big question that google/youtube couldnt answer so far. uke:

I try to go wifi with the Desume and Pokemon HG / SS ... for now i only found tutorials for the desume 0.9.7 and pokemon black/white...
so first of all...
is it even possible to go wifi with HG/SS?
