Using Action Replay Codes???

How would I use cheats on Dolphin?

I was thinking i could use a PC memory editor like CheatEngine, to find an inf HP code.

then find the AR ar code for inf HP, convert to raw and seperate the address partion. and then subtract the 2 memory addresses, to find the difference.

Then could it be possible to say that I could then apply this address offset to all the AR codes, after converting to RAW, then placing back into my memory editor(cheat engine)

anyway before i got blowing an hour on something stupid, is there an easier way?

If im correct, there is an able download for the action replay, im downloading it but it doesnt even load, but anyway, could just work by download action replay iso
