Specific Cheats Glitch/Bug

Every time I try to press F9 the Specific cheats Wouldn't show up and I couldn't find a way how to fix this inside of the Help Options and every time I try to press it on System it Wouldn't Work, Can someone tell me how to Fix this?

I can barely understand what you mean...

If you mean cheats don't do anything when you press F9 the it is possible the cheat doesn't work or you computer doesn't recognize when you press F9 (you may need to press fn-F9 for example).

If you can't find the cheats, press Control-C or go to System/Cheats.

What I mean is when I go to System and Press GS Cheats it Wouldn't pop up.

F9/Press GS Cheats doesn't display the cheats. You have to press Control + C or to System/Cheats.

I mean Costume Gameshark cheats for Super Mario 64.
