Now if I was religious I would feel attacked by this statement.

For someone who includes a bible verse in his sig you are not a very tolerant person are you? Then again when was the last time christianity was about tolerance?

Why don't you go look up some quotes by liberals about how evil Jews are and how that the US is like the Nazi party, oh wait they just don't suit your agenda, you thick fuck.

Heh, looks more like a christian site to me.

Lets have a quote from a good ol' democrat, currently holding the office of Senator in the state of West Virginia:

"The Klan is needed today as never before and I am anxious to see its rebirth here in West Virginia. It is necessary that the order be promoted immediately and in every state in the Union. Will you please inform me as to the possibilities of rebuilding the Klan realm of W. Va." -- Robert Byrd

Tolerance has nothing to do with personal belief, it is about accepting all ppl as they are, i guess someone can be christian and live side by side with the most different sorts of ppl, reason with them, expose and clash ideas in an "enhancive" way to all involved, and liberals think the US is like the nazi party because the US is in all wars since ww2, i mean, something must be wrong with a country with such war monger.

"I'm an old-fashioned woman. Men should take care of women, and if men were taking care of women today, we wouldn't have to vote." --Kay O'Connor (Kansas Senate Republican)

holy shit, that woman definitly takes the cake. women had to fight for every single equality right they have in society and shes willing to give up her most fundamental one, thats mighty impressive.

well according to these folks christianity indeed has nothing to do with tolerance but is a rather an absolutistic notion claiming to hold all truth. being a born-again christian you should know that.

Wow you say I'm Christian? You must know me better than myself because I've never claimed I am Christian you silly little man. Why don't you keep your mouth shut instead of telling outright lies in some weak attempt to make a point.

These guys should read their own doctrine a little more before they start saying that people should be put to death for their lifestyle choice or beliefs. Hardly "love thy neighbour"...

At your service, dood!
I'll be christian when the sun explodes. Seriously, religion sucks [/opinion]. lets all agree all of them are hogwash, or all aren't and be done with it [/tolerance of other peoples views] ;)

Politics will never be my thing, so either way I don't care, as long as they don't start turning people into mutants for sick experiments, yes... i'm on to you bush! :D

For once you make a valid point. I apologize and will rephrase. I dont hate conservatives, I just greatly dislike their way of thinking.

Well, the left says that we need to be more like france and germany, so their line of thinking prefers 12% unemployment (and rising) figures.

Well of course the flame remains silly. Did you think that I was going to magically turn conservative just because you were right once? :p

While Bush thinks it's great and "uniquely American" that a single mother must work three jobs in order to make ends meet.

I think I might take the unemployment line if it meant only having to worry about 1 job to make ends meet.

So it Bush's fault that she never bothered to pay attention in school and never bothered to get herself a good job? You really should stop watching michael moore movies for information on the US. I actually loved that in bowling for columbine he said the woman was forced to work. Holy shit a person can't spend their entire life on welfare, what a nazi nation and stuff!
