I downloaded the Satourne v2 3 beta... now how do I get this bad boy goin'?

A step-by-step guide would be appreciated... I don't understand why it has to be a science to get this hooker running. I'm pretty experienced when it comes to emulation, but whenever I try to configure it it dosen't work for me.

Well, I open up the the satourne_3_win32.exe and from there I'm stuck... i can't seem to find a way to select a .bin file. Basically, all I've done is downloaded the emulator itself (and ripped a game from a CD to make it a .bin).

If I remember correctly the Satourne v1.1 needed a couple of bios files and some plugins... but I don't know what to do with this version.
