Rumble Pack?

Is there any way to make the Rumble Pack option work for a Game-Elements Recoil controller?

I have the GE909 recoil and I get it to work sometimes with the N Rage DI8 v2 1.83 plug in but it only works sometimes like in Hydro thunder. When you use the plugin you have to go to the controller pak tab and select rumble pak - then to devices tab and select your rumble preferences. Someone told me the N64 Virtual Pad plug in had rumble also - but it didn't for me. Go figure.
Try these 2 for yourself and see what happens.
