Problem with controls

Hi there, I'm having some problems in the menus with some games: Tetrishpere, Duke Nukem 64 and TWINE. In all of 'em I can't select anything on the menus because the cursor is moving, and fast. I'm using NRage's plugin because it's the only one that accepts correctly my USB PSX Controller adaptor. I use Rice's for video. Anyone can help me?

Calibrate your controller (in the Windows control panel). If that doesn't work try a different pad, or replace the adapter. In my experience, many of these adapters (except the Adaptoid) have problems unless the pad is in mint condition.

The controller is calibrated and working. If it was the hardware, it should happen everywhere, right? Why in TWINE does it only happen in the language selection menu and in the multiplayer and options menus (It does not give problems in the main menu, singleplayer menus and load/save menus). It is a problem of the emulator?
