This is not going to work. Let me explain.
N-Rage does not emulate the transfer pak. The transfer pak is a specific piece of hardware that streams data from the cart to the game. It doesn't read files as in a standard filesystem and it certainly won't look for a specific ROM name. If N-Rage did support the Transfer Pak, you'd need to rename it to something else. However, this is not supported and I bet won't be supported, so you'll need to do something else to play this game. If you have an actual N64, that's your choice.
BTW, Your computer is interpreting the accented 'e' and 'm' as a single UTF-16 char. I guess this is an issue with transfer or archive software character map support really, but just thought I'd let you know in case you were wondering. Oh and also, if your going to download ROMs when you display the file name you could at least take off the name of the team that retrieved it
