Pokemon gold nes

I'm having trouble with the Pokemon Gold nes pirate version. I'm in the forest after Azalea town, and I need to teach someone cut. I got weepinbell, sandslash and lots of other level 0 glitchy stuff in my pc (not to mention they crash the game when taken out.) Since this game is in like chinese I can't tell whats happening but I know I got HM01 teaching CUT. I try to teach it but it refuses too for every pokemon. I don't really like pokemon, but I am liking this pirate version since the pathetic music seems rather.... not pathetic to me

Well...since it's a pirated version (or modded), it is likely to have serious bugs and the like. I'd recommend sticking to your "legally" bought Pokemon Gold Version game cartridge, dump it, then play it. But the real deal system is better if you were to have your "legally" bought Pokemon Gold Version game cartridge.
