Organizing your roms

So...right now I have my Genesis roms in a windows folder, set to "tiles". The icons are all the same, showing the Fusion emulator logo (I set the emulator as the default program to open the roms.) That's the best I could do, better than blank icons at least.

How do you organize your roms?

Is there any way to get the game covers as icons?

Or some program to organize roms that doesn't just look like a plain list of rom names?

I just put them in a folder in the emulator's root folder and open it from the emulator.

I don't think there is a program to organize ROMs aside of the emulator itself. To put the covers as a icon you would have to get the covers of all your games, convert them to .ico, make a shortcut to all of your ROMs and assign them that icon (you can't assign the icon straight to the ROM file).
