There is a new GameCube emulator for all of us to play with. The name of the emulator is gcube and is created by monk. Currently it only has the capability to run some demos and does not have the ability of running commercial games.
However the Win32 version does not have a GUI so clicking on the exe is not going to do much. You will need to drag and drop the demo file onto the exe in order to get it to run. Here is what monk posted about the first release of gcube.
