New Emulation64 Features

Martin requested an image viewing script; it has been added and this is what it does:

If its not cached:
<font class="post_quote">- Parses through all posts in a thread looking for tags
- Parses through all posts in a thread looking for *any* attachments
- Out of all the attachments it finds the ones with proper image extensions
- Writes all the image information to the database</font>
If/When it gets cached:
<font class="post_quote">- Grabs the information from database
- Splits the images into pages
- Displays the image (click on the image for a full sized version)
- Go eat some Punch & Pie</font>

Next up is the News Archive.

This has actually been completed for a while but I didn't actually write a news post for it. You can find it in the [ MISC ] section on rattraps skin and under the [ Main Menu ] of the blue skin.

Very nice indeed.
Good threadid for testing is 18427 (Dolphin shots thread)
Will be good to have this link somehow incorporated on the thread itself, put a link "view only images" or something. This feature saves a lot of time ,and loading fast.
