n64 emulation question

i've a question:
how much years after the release of the n64 was n64 emulation possible

Corn v0.2 was fullspeed with a couple of games when released, unlike those that came before, and was released on the 9th April 2000.

The console was released in 23rd June 1996 in Japan, so thats about 4 years for a few working games.

Yes it did. If you had the hardware to run it full speed to begin with, that is. One of the first emulators to ever use HLE too.
