Megaman X - Sigma's Day

I recently heard about a movie called Megaman X - Sigma's day. Does it really exist? If so, where it was exhibited? Is there a downloadable version on the net (I'm just asking if it exists)? Thanks for any information.

It is a Bonus on PSP´s Maverick Hunter X game which is a 3d retelling of Megaman X for Snes, the OVA name is The day of Sigma.

An addition to what WhiteX said; the anime covered the events before the first Megaman X game. ;p
