International Superstar Soccer 98 Problem

Hi Im playing ISS 98 on the emulator and the graphics are OK and its not slow or anything but this always happens and why?:angry:

Something pops up and the message says,
"Failed to load ROM word
Please Verify ROM and ROM settings"

I tried taking out sound and everything but it is still there.I also extracted it but nothing.I also tried to download again but NOTHING.Can anyone help me becuase its starting to make me mad.Thank You.:happy:

Oh by the way, im running Project64 1.6 and my computer isn't that slow.I tried diffrent emulators, they wont work or they have bad graphics.And Project64 is the only good one.Thank you
