I need some help with my emulator

Hey guys, I am having a bit of trouble seeing some stuff on my emulator. I use that rice plugin so i can see textures or something, but it messes up my games in some places. I mainly play No Mercy so I took some screenshots of me playing that.

As you can see, my menu screens are rooted but when I get into the game it works fine. Does anyone know why this might be.
