I have Ti4400. Use RivaTuner, GeForce Tweak Util, or both?

I just leanred about RivaTuner from another post here earlier today. Found the Guru3d website and noticed there is also "Geforce Tweak Utility." Is this different than the RivaTuner program and which should I be using with a PNY GF4 Ti4400? '

Both? I don't want to even bother installing unless it will make a meaningful difference. FOr now, I d'loaded the Rivatuner but will hold off on the GeF utility since Nvidia just released new drivers.

Please advise. I'm pretty ignorant (but not stupid) and need all the help I can get.
