I can't use VBA after downloading snes9x!

For some reason, the controls for VBA stopped working after I started using snes9x. I have them fully configured and my keyboard is working in all other games and they worked perfectly before.

mine seems to work fine..... although the control setup on snes9x has alwasy been screwed up on me...
