Extract video from a GBA ROM?

I've seen programs to take AVI2GBA, but is there something that can reverse the process or extract the videos back to a playable format (AVI, MPEG, etc...)?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but since this is a cartridge, I don't see a big possibility of such a tool existing. AVI2GBA would be obvious since it builds a cartridge by putting necessary information, storing video and injecting the code to play it.

You can just use the record video feature in VBA.
