You can either remove the FPS Limit so that the the emulator runs as fast as your computer allows it to, or set a manual FPS limit between 10-200. The manual FPS limiter can be found in Pete's OGL2 plugin at least, I don't know about the rest. Needless to say, setting the manual FPS limit to 100 or 120 is double of the original PAL/NTSC speed - if your computer can achieve and maintain those speeds.
