Downloads System

I was wondering if I could have permission to upload files to the download system? I compile Dolphin, PCSX2, and Desmume builds that I would be happy to upload providing the rules don't forbid svn builds here. I'm certain Dolphin builds are ok at least, as the developers have stated their ok with offering svn and beta builds. I also asked one of the developers of Pcsx2 in the past and was given a green light.

I also have emulators archived on my HDD although that archive has become fragmented due to some HDD failures in the past where I had to rely on backups.

I would be happy to contribute with some uploads.

Actually this should be under suggestions, as it is probably a good suggestion.

Anyhow some discussion has been made about the download system but not that particular aspect of the download system.
