DK64 problems

When I load DK64, the screen stutters or jerks while playing. This happens with either 1964 or PJ64. I'm using Rice's 6.1.1 beta 10. This is the only game I'm having trouble with. Please help.

what about with default pj64 settings.. should be pretty smooth in v1.6 i think.
