Hi guys, I'm new here. Well, I don't know how to save my current status in The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask. I started to play this game today and I always save the game after the meeting with the Great Fairy (in Clocktown city) - I use the Project64's menu, System and then Save -, but when I restart the game, I am always before the meeting with the Fairy, in the first day. What can I do?

You did a save-state. You have to restore the game in the same way you saved it, except you chose "restore" instead of "save" from the system menu.
When you are able to save your game finally (as soon as you turn back into normal Link, either at the Owl Statues, you have to hit them with your sword first, or by playing the song of time which also restarts the 3-day cycle,) then you can load it as you have been trying to do. The emulator saves the normal game saves automatically, there is no need or method to do it manually. You can, however, use save states (as you did when you saved before) if you like, in the method i've described. You can change what "slot" it's in by selecting slot in the very same pull-down menu.
