Zelda 2 speed problems

I am using Glide64 and am experienceing alot of skipping and really slow loading times in Zelda" Majora's mask. Can anyone recommend how I shoul set this emulator?

you're not going to see any vast improvement with any option as long as you have so little ram .. it's below what is required for decent gameplay .. you could try azimers audio plugin to see if it helps a little ..
