Which video- and audio-plugin runs good on my PC?

Question in the title.

My system:

P4 1,7 GHZ ( in a few days I get a AMD 2400+ :devil: )
GeForce 2 MX
EAX-Soundcard from Creative
512 MB SDRAM

Currently I use the standard-plugins which was included in PJ64 1.5
