1: Yes, you can play two players. You need to configure (Options>Configure Controller Plugin) and set up Player one in it's tab, and then you can add Player two in it's tab. Really easy.
2: You can get a controller like an N64... a real one. Just get an adapter for it.
3: Search around the net for that, Google is your friend. (That, and Gamestop and other stores carrying old systems and hardware). Same with the adapter.
4: You could be using a bad dump. I have Mario Party 3 (E) (M4) and it loads and plays just fine. Make SURE with GoodN64 (in the tools section of the main forum) that you have a verified good dump of your game. Otherwise it won't work. And not all versions of a game are 100% able to play in PJ64. Also read the Gamefaq to see the errors that can occur in the Mario Party games (mostly mini-game issues).

Also make sure you are using the most recent version of PJ64 and the newer RDB from the PJ64 homepage.

1. i did this (Options>Configure Controller Plugin) and the controls i had set for player 2 just controled player one as well as the controls set for player 1. i couldent get the player 2 controls to control player 2 just 1.

2. just to get this clear. i get a normal N64 controler and get an adapter that goes from the controler to a usb port?

Time for answers for you! ^_^

1: If you are using two controllers, please PLEASE make sure that you have them set to ~different~ keyboard buttons, OR if you are using a joypad, PLEASE make sure that PJ64 KNOWS you are using two. I have two PS2 controllers hooked up through USB adapters, and unless I tell it that Controller one is PLUGGED and is Device 1... AND do the same for Controller two (plugged, and Device 2), then controller one will run both Player 1 and 2 at the same time. It's a common error in almost ALL emulators. You MUST make sure you are assigning the controllers and keyboard to independant buttons.

2: Yes. Buy a normal, real, authentic and OFFICIAL N64 controller, and hit Radio Shac or some of the online shops, and get a N64 to USB adapter. They work REALLY really well. AND if you can find it (super expensive though) you can get the "adaptiod" which I hear works beautifully.

4: I hope that you get the game to work, just make sure not to use the word "download" anymore, okay? I don't want you in any trouble, and don't want trouble myself. :p

And you're welcome, just hope this all helps. And sorry for the delays in replies, work and real-life stuff.

Awesome! That makes me rather happy. Have fun with your game, and remember that not all of the mini-games work correctly. Some WILL crash up on you, or not display correctly. If you can keep track of them, and how you got to them and so forth, and document it... well it just might help the PJ64 team.

Hey, it's my way of making sure EVERYONE can enjoy this great emulator. Besides, I figure it's my way of giving back just a little.

I hope you can find a good N64 controller that is still in tip-top shape, I was going to buy one at Hastings (in Idaho) but ugh... the analog was trashed.

Well it shouldn't be too hard, Gamestop tends to have them... same with EB and other game stores. Plus a small place called "Rhino games" here in Florida has them. You can find N64 controllers, it's finding the high quality ones that will work well that's hard. As for eBay? I'd see if you can find them in your area first, one it's cheaper (usually) and two you can test them out and return them VERY easily (for store credit usually) if it doesn't work. But I digress... we're about to hit the "Thread spamming" part of a thread, and I don't want that to happen. So I'll stop replying for now, unless you have any questions or need any more help in the future. (Plus you can feel free to PM me if you need assistance)
