They probably have a different format... The game is an N64 game just ported over to NGC after all.

I don't know if this would be counting as gravedigin, as this is an old post, but AC for GameCube is not just an N64 port. There's a lot of code rewritten and changed. There's hundreds of new models and different sound effects, etc.
I'd try to decode AC, but I have no files, due to the fact that I haven't any roms, since they're far too big.
