SO I got MVSC2 to work but i can't save data. How do I do it?

Neither can I in Resident Evil Code: Veronica. It may be fixed in the next version.
Have you done the MemCard formatting procedure?

You may can try to use these Chanka tools and download (Legal) any savegame..

Have you formatted your VMU? Do it in the DC Bios>File options.

You need to make sure thst the bios files and the vms file is not set for read only. Right click on these files (properties) and make sure that they are not set for read only..

Buy a Dreamcast and a VMU, after that read their manual and you will learn how to format it.

You start the emulator with no CD (or image) in your drive. The emulator will get you to BIOS. Go to Memory, select the vmu and press delete all
