You can check it on its serial...
A J on its 4th position means japan, G = German, E = English, P = PAL and so on.... IIRC

PAL is slower than NTSC. NTSC = 60Hz refresh; up to 60fps, PAL = 50Hz refresh; up to 50fps.

huh? I though there is no difference between PAL and NTSC except the res on the TV...
PAL has 768x567 and NTSC has 640x480 afaik...
Too bad that the world has different TV standarts :(

Ah, thanks. I need a certain regional ISO for an emulator I'm testing, but the idiot labeled it "EUR-AC.ISO". It turned out to be a NTSC, though. XP
