question from a no0b

when i try playing harvest moon 64 on pj64, the fps is around 10 and extremely slow, what can i do to speed it up because my system isnt too good :s

If your video card really is only 2megs (system info gained from profile) then you really have little chance of running any N64 game except using something like Corn.

Still give Evoodoo and Glide64 a try, you never know it might work.

ive played the game before though at a decent speed. it was the same rom too... ill downlaod thsoe emus no anyway for a try

i probably sat there for hours changing settings when i played before (about a year ago) but just wanted to see if you guys knew a better way

The best way to restore everything is to Uninstall PJ64 (just click on the "delete PJ64 registry" in the uninstall folder. You don't have to remove PJ64). You've got a big chance that it's working as before. You can also try downloading SP1, it *might* help.

blah!, the only .re files i got in the uninstall folder is 'remove all project 64 settings', 'remove project 64 application settings' and 'remove project 64 plugins settings'. P.S SP1 didnt do anything

Well, I should say "remove all PJ64 settings".

well, i got it to work on 50 fps but i then had to switch to rgb emulation because each sprite had the black square things around them unless it is on

Probably a bug in Jabo's 1.5.1. Are you using Jabo's plugin or Glide64?
