PS2 Controller (RIGHT ANALOG STICK)

I am having problems with the PS2 controller in the Project64. All the buttons work fine, but the RIGHT ANALOG STICK does not work ... i've tried everything, but I didn't get it to work. Why is this happening?
Obs.: And yes...I think it's well calibrated, 'cause the RIGHT ANALOG STICK works properly in my GBA Emulator.
So...what should I do?

I had that problem - I take it you're trying to get the right analog stick to simulate the C buttons (and act similarly to the GameCube's C Stick).

The solution I came to was to ditch the PS2 controller because it was horrible and I bought a USB hub thing to use the N64 controller to play with. It makes game playing 10000 times better, because you can play the games with the controller they were meant to be played with.

Plus the PS2 controller is now usable for multiplayer games on occasion. :)

That was how I dealt with it, haha

Are you using the latest version (1.6)? The right analog wasn't supported in earlier versions of Jabo's plugin.

how the in the world did you get the controler in

I can answer that from my side - mine is a random manufactuer ("Cowboy") PS2 controller replica from eBay, that has a USB socket on the end of the cable. His may be a real Sony PS2 controller that plugs into a converter hub and finally into a USB port (like how I use my N64 controller), or similar to what I described.

EDIT: For the record... I think PS/2 controllers are the most horrible I've ever used

Yes!!

Yes... Christofah is right, mine is an original PS2 controller.
And ... YES!!! IT WORKED!!! Thanks Allnatural...the problem was just the version of Project64...the 1.6 has the support for the right analog...thank u very much.
Oh...one more thing...Can we use the vibration function in the Project64?
My usb adaptor came with a program that enable vibration, but the emulator must have support for it to work...

Yes, you can, just enable the Rumble Pak.

Hmm...

Ok, I did it ... but the Controller rumbles continuously...even when I'm stopped (on Zelda Majoras, for example)
