I have made some changes to the original Project64 program which have greatly improved its performance so I thought I'd share it with you guys since this forum has been so helpful to me in the past.

Changes:
Integration of RiceVideo 6.1.0c as the default graphic drivers
Integration of N-Rage's Direct-Input8v2 1.80a as default input plug-in
Custom video and sound configs
Glide add-in (don't ask me for more details about this one, I was half-asleep) when I did it)
Increased sound and video buffer
Hires_Texture support

have fun with it

What do you mean when you say, "increased video buffer"? And what's "Glide Add-in"? Is that just a Glide plugin?

...And you'll get your ass whiped because what you're doing is not right.
Have you asked for author's permissions? Didn't you read in the help file that PJ64 can't be re-distributed with 3rd party plugins?

lol... This thread won't be complete until the good doctor returns to complain about how mean we are. Please keep it open until then.

As miretank said you cant just put 3rd party plugin's with pj64 its not right, im sure you didn't ask for author's permissions as well.

Im sure u meant good with this release but u just didn't read any info about if you could release it.

Dr_Flow,
to distribute a pack you need permission from everyone whose work is in that pack. it's as simple as that sorry.
you may think you're helping using but what actually happens is this:

User: Help i have weird problem!
Us: erm never seen that before? specs etc. please
User: btw i'm using dr flow's version [if we're lucky we get this info]
Us: ah, download the official release [even if problem is not related to your pack, this has to be ruled out before we can do anything else..]

there are lots of variations on this conversation, but anyway you cut it having users getting different default configs is not good for them or us trying to support them. this is why we don't like this thing (the other thing people get upset about: people taking credit for others' work etc., is less important to me).

At your service, dood!
"Integration of RiceVideo 6.1.0c as the default graphic drivers"

This line proves to me you have absolutely no clue what you're doing, for one thing it is NOT a driver it is a video plugin... and it is significantly less compatible with video cards and games than Jabos plugin is. High-res texture support is achieved through this video plugin and not through the use of your "pack".

If you want to do something helpful why not try not doing something that would only take most of us five minutes to assemble.

He increased the video buffer. I've never seen you do that.
