problem with goldeneye

Hello,
I googled .v64 and found this place. I downloaded gooldeneye and it had a .v64 extension. I was wondering how would I open this up? I have the game for n64 but I want to play it on ym computer. Also with thsi program is it possible to open it up and edit levels, and/or creat new ones? Thanks for all the help

What emulator are you using? I know for most of them you should make sure the file you downloaded has goodname. If you try opening it with an emulator and it don't work, delete the file and get it from here:
