Problem about Plugin

I am trying to play "The Legend of Zelda" with High resolution textures
So that I need to use "RiceVideo6.1.0c"
but after I copy "RiceVideo.dll" & "RiceVideo6.1.0.ini" to folder "plugin" , PJ64 pop-up error!
When I click "option" -> "setting" , ERROR "can't find "MSVCP71.dll" & "Failed to load Plugin RiceVideo.dll" will be occur!!

I also copy "BMGLibPNG.dll" to Pj64 main folder ~
and try to use "RiceVideo6.1.1beta10"
but problem still here~

I am a Newbie for this, Can anyone Help ? :bouncy:

you need MSVCP71.dll in the main folder or system 32
