Pokemon Stadium problem

I downloaded the ROM for Pokemon Stadium 1, and it won't let me use my keyboards arrow keys to change what my cursor is pointing on. All other buttons work like X and C for A and B, and Enter for Start...anyone else run into this issue and is there a fix?

Pokemon Staium uses the controllers digital pad for moving the cursor, not the analog stick. By default, Project64 controller plugin binds the analog stick to the arrow keys. Change the key bindings to match your liking.
