Here are the new specs. for my computer:

Processor-PIII 1000, 133Mhz FSB
RAM-512 Megs of PC150 4ns RAM
Video Card-Ge-Force 3 Ti. 200 64Meg
Sound Card-Sound Blaster PCI 512
Hard Drive-40GIG
Motherboard-ASUS CUV4X
OS-Windows XP Professional

I still get a lot of studdering in some games, such as Paper Mario and Super Smash Bros. among some others. Are there any special settings in PJ64 to make even the compatible ones runreall smoothly?

I don't know you only mean Super Smash Bros & Paper Mario or any games, but these two games are under "known issue" problem... or else there could be the CPU's fault... I can't run any Resident Evil 2 movies on my Duron 900 MHz but they run well on 1800+ XP(1.53GHz).
