No Controller Connected?

No Controller in Banjo-Tooie

Whenever I start up Banjo-Tooie it flashes "No Controller" at the bottom of the screen. Yes, the controller is set to conected in the controller config.

Help would be appreciated.

I'm running:
P3 450mhz
Windows98
GeForce4mx 440
385mb DDR
DirectX(Newest version)
File Name: Banjo-Tooie (E) [!].v64

hmm try another controller plugin, that sould help

and im not sure if its the usa version that only works, give the usa version a try if another controller plugin doesnt work

Thanks for the idea, total newbie here. Sorry for wasting forum space.

I dunno where to get plugins. There arent any I could find on the pj64.net site.

try emulation64.com

also ur better off using 1964 for tooie, it might not work too well with pj

None of the plugins I downloaded worked, so I'll just try it with the emulator you suggested.
