needs video plugin???

What does that mean under status it says needs video plugin and i cant play the rom. What do i do? Here is a link to a screene shot:

They are not illegal. Roms in the vast majority of cases are.

Nintendo wishes Emus were illegal, but after losing the court case against the V64 and Doctor64 creators, they have been shit outta luck. They are deemed dev tools, believe it or not, because the Nintendo dev kits were extortionatly expensive.
