I've used Jabo's Directinput7 1.6 and N-Rage's Direct-Input8 v2 1.80a. I have no gs codes I dont know what the RDB is, but goodN64 and GoodWindows said it was a good rom.

Sorry about that. The problem is that even when I tell the game to save, the memory pack appears empty. If i win one of the Championship belts, everything resests after the credits. I created a wrestler, started a storyline and halfway through saved using F5. When loaded the rom and save the next time, I was still in story mode, but all the data for my created wrestler had reverted to default. Stuff like that is what i'm trying to fix.

Try saveing through the save state / load state option.

Go to file and select save state 1, then simply click save. The game will save at that point and whenever you wish to load it, simply go to load. This is very useful in games where things are tedious (platforming games especially, how many times do you want to play for 15 minutes get to 1 section, and die.. starting all over, not me!) Hope that helps you.

The F7 restore or loading saved games doesnt restore all of the data, the type of stuff that would normally be saved on a memory pack.
