Hey guys,Can you help

Until today I was a pj64 virgin and I have to put it to the guy(s) and girl(s) who made this,what a fantastic acheivement, Since i have downloaded it I downloaded a Supermario 64 rom (I do own the cartridge so dont worry) but its wierd, The music in the background is alot slower than the gameplay, plus when certain bits come up it buggers it up for a bit then goes back to normal, doI need a plugin?? or is it my computer??
