None of the N64 emulators are working on my computer.I am not sure if it is my video card. I have a "3D RAGE llC AGP" by ATI. shouldn't that be enough to run N64 games? some one help.

It is your video card. I wouldn't even bother until you get something more recent. It's probably a safe assumption that the rest of your computer is below spec too.
