Help verifying a rom. Used goodwindow, but still doesnt work!

The rom I am trying to play is named: Pokemon Stadium 2 (U) [!].RAR I downloaded it as an self extracting file. I followed the steps in the HELP document correctly, and it created the folder and all, but when I open it w/ pj64, the same message pops up stating it needs to be verifed! Im guessing I need to extract it again w/ WINRAR, but Im not really sure. Help me!

I think you need a zip. Extract the image from the rar and zip it. Then try the 'good' tool again.

Rared roms does not work with goodn64. Unzipped i know works, zipped i dunno.

All my roms are zipped, no prob, at least via goodwindows. Dunno about goodn64 itself.
