Hmmm... OK. Why do you have 254 MB of RAM when it should say 256 MB? Where are the other 2 MB? Does that mean you have onboard graphics card? If so, you need to increase video memory size at least up to 8 MB, so you can have:
256 MB = 248 MB + 8 MB Video.
Remember that DirectX requires at least 8 MB to run 3D acceleration, but I'm not quite sure if this helps you to solve your emulation problem.
