its because you need a 3dfx card or a glide wrapper, the glide3x.dll is one of the main 3dfx 3D file.
U think you dont have a 3dfx card so, go download a glide Wrapper
try to use evoodoo:
http://evoodoo.emulation64.com/
put all the files in system32 directory
