Flow``'s Nemu64 0.8 INI v. #-O.06 released

My fellow Emu64 staff member Flow`` has just released his new INI for the 0.8 version of Nemu. Grab the file in <a href="http://www.emutalk.net/showthread.php?&threadid=12988">this thread</a>, rename it to INI, and drop some comments there as well.
