DEMUL or NOT ???

Hi there guys and girls,bit of a newbie here TOTALLY into PC Gaming but having a dabble in Dreamcast gaming.Now do i have the best resources with DEMUL to emulate lots of playable titles i missed while i was TOTALLY devoted to Pc and SONY Playstation.So is DEMUL the best emulator to emulate and play ???.many thanks from Tony
